RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If for whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

• All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
• All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
• All items must not be damaged
• Original receipts would need to be included
• All items would need to be purchased originally from www.darousso.com
If the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Sales item(s) are exchangeable and returnable but certain restrictions may apply.

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be claimed as soon as possible and returned to us within 30 days from the invoice date for all orders. The claim for return or exchange must be made within maximum of 20 days from the delivery (please keep the delivery receipt). The claims are made by email at shop@darousso.com. If the request for exchange or return is made after the period stated above, we will not be able to make the exchange or return.

2. EXCHANGES AT OUR SHOWROOM

– You will need to make a request for exchange or return to our Showroom at shop@darousso.com. The request needs to be made as soon as possible and the return the latest within 30 days from the invoice date for all orders. The claim for return or exchange must be made within maximum of 20 the delivery with the delivery receipt included for all orders. After Your request is made, You will need to schedule an appointment for exchange or return.
– You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
– You will be entitled to an exchange of any item(s) at the Showroom immediately after evaluation by our staff that the item is meets the criteria to be exchanged or returned.
– If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to pay the difference either by cash or credit card.
– There will be no cash refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).
– Other forms of exchanges (such as Showroom cash vouchers or online store credit) may be given.

3. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE

– You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
– After Your exchange or return request is made we will mail you instructions You need to follow to make the exchange or return. Please follow these instructions. Not following the instructions may cause the exchange or return invalid.
– Before mailing us the parcel please make sure You made the request, so we can arrange the return with our shipping partner. If You send the parcel without making the request it may cause your exchange or return to be invalid. You will need to ship the item with the service assigned by us, shipping the item with other shipping service other than our partner service means You will have to pay for the shipping and You will not be compensated for the amount.
– Upon return of the item(s), we will evaluate if the item is valid for exchange or return and you will be notified by email with confirmation from us. Generally, the processing period is up to 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel. The exchange items will be sent to You as soon as possible. For refunds we can offer Store Credit Vouchers or money return. The Store Credit Vouchers are issued immediately. For money back returns times may vary depending on bank processing times.
– All valid returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers or by money return via the same route your initial payment was made. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 1 year and can be used for your next purchase online. The Vouchers are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable, non-exchangeable for cash. The online Store Credit Voucher is applicable online, but it also can be used at our Showroom. The Voucher can not be used for purchases on other sites which sell DaRousso brand items except www.darousso.com, neither in boutiques and stores of our partners except our own.
– Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would be lost.
– Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, the cost of shipping the item(s) will be covered by us in whole. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange of a similar value or by providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of www.darousso.com.
– No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
– All returns and exchanges made via our online portal at www.darousso.com would need to be shipped to:

4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

– Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product neither it covers returns and exchanges outside the above designated deadlines.
– Our company reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping costs after the first return.
